This equipment is designed to evaluate the repeated - bending resistance of optical cables. By applying cyclic bending forces, it determines whether an optical cable meets the standards. For a qualified optical cable, the following criteria must be met: the optical fiber within should remain unbroken; the attenuation change of the optical fiber should not exceed the limit specified in the optical cable product standard; and the optical cable sheath should show no signs of cracking.
